Thank you very much for the very useful information.

Have you, or anybody else in the list, seen first hand this archive?  How
much material they have there about PKF?  Does anybody have a sense how much
was PKF concerned about keeping his own papers?  What was the issue of
"legacy" for him?  I can see him having quite contradictory references to
such issues.  Does anybody know if someone--historian, philosopher,
journalist--write now a serious biography of PKF?  Is it the kind of project
commercial publisher might be interested?
