Hi All I had intended replying to welcome Rafe, but got insanely busy (marking time!) and didn't, so I'm delighted that you did, John, and apologise that I didn't. Not perhaps the deepest and most substantial of discussion questions, but... In your introductory message, Rafe, you referred to Feyerabend as a 'Popperian gadfly'. I wondered whether by this you meant a gadfly who is a Popperian (as far as I know, PKF was at a very early stage but later apostasised from the church of Sir Karl), or a gadfly stinging Popper? I'd be interested to hear what you meant, and how you see the relationship of the two bodies of work/ideas. I've missed the discussion in the lost, so I hope that withe the injection of some new blood (there've been a few introduction messages over the past few months) that perhaps we can get going again.
