I think it's probably less confusing to say that the 'facts' are not 'interpreted in the light of our theories', nor are they 'theory laden' - but rather, that they ARE simply theory. If there are 'theory-independent facts' we certainly cannot talk about them 'as they are'....However, despite the 'fact' that I think this is less confusing, I wouldn't begin to presume that even THIS interpretation is closer to Feyerabend's thinking.
