Mulvey's essay later became a chapter in a collection which includes 
other things which bear on this topic.  It is, as I recall, titled VISUAL 
AND OTHER PLEASURES.  Trinh T. Minh-ha's THE FRAMER FRAMED is also 
useful here, particularly if one considers the broader framing of the 
original question.
