Perhaps an article or two from Narrative, Apparatus, Ideology, (Columbia 
UP, 1986) ed. by Philip Rosen, may be of interest. Tha above Mulvey 
article is there as is one by Colin MacCabe, "Theory and Film: Principles 
of Realism and Pleasure." Another in the collection is by Jean-Louis 
Comolli, "Technique and Ideology: Camera, Perspective, Depth of Field."
