Subject: Film and War

Dear all,
I am currently writing up my thesis on the Army Film and Photographic
Unit in Britain. I would like to hear from any British people who
have any views on the footage and photos taken of the liberation of
Belsen concentration camp in April 1945. These images have been used
in the World at War series and People's Century, as well as appearing
in many books on the end of the Second World War. If there's anyone
out there who would like to comment on what they think (in a filmic
and general sense) of these images, please reply!
Thanks a lot and apologies to anyone on the list that this has no
relevance to!
Yours,
Susan B.
