Hi, all:

I'm sketching the framework for a book project and would appreciate input
from list subscribers.

Can you give me the names of some famous people you admire or whom you find
to be inspirational?  I am interested in figures from Ancient Greece up to
the present day.  By "famous" I don't mean exceedingly so, but rather that
I'm not interested in hearing about a favorite uncle.  By the way, the
people you list do not have to be from a Western culture, but they should
not be fictitious.
