Oh, I don't know; it depends who you mean by "you".  There are still people
who seem quite able to make slow movies, for example Aleksander Sokurov, 
Ulrike von Ottinger, Werner Herzog -- not to metion people like Stan Brakhage 
or Phil Solomon.
