You might enjoy "Oh Brother" which is one long (too long)
joke, burlesque, fantasy, satire, with good (country) music, and  wild
special effects.  Coen brothers break some new ground here.

Excellent acting, fabulous George Clooney, great singing, humor, but
satirizing everything every minute for 155 minutes is overkill.
