Subject: 'ndeolive' - ethic or technology ?

Firstly, let me apologise for digressing from the main subject of this
list but I couldn't miss the chance to clarify a problem that I have
been struggling with for some time.

In a recent post 'ndeolive' said,

'For all and none, isn't there a difference (pas de differAnce) between
Foucault's nonmessianic ethic of freedom and Derrida's ethic of decons-
truction after all?'

Could he/she or anyone else explain in what sence deconstruction is
an ethic? (I am assuming ethic here means system of morality) I had
thought it was just a technology
