Subject: Foucault and Death

Dear friends,
I was wondering about the connection between Norbert Elias and Foucault
(governmentality, civilising processes...). Any good references to articles
that debates these two scolars and their texts?
And I also wonder if anyone knows about the translation of The Dying (by
Elias) that Foucault did, on his own initiative, towards the end. Did he
(F) actually like Elias' work and acknowledge Elias' books?

Perplexedly yours
