Angelika Magiros' book *Die Konstruktion des Fremden. Foucaults Beitrag zur
Rassismustheorie. Hamburg/Berlin: Argument 1995* deals exactly with this
topic. Unfortunately it's only in german; she even confronts Foucault with
Theweleit, Balibar and Bielefeld in an quite interesting dialogue of the
ghosts.
