It is available in some libraries. I suggest to search there first. Then, I know positively that the greatest part of the lectures is accessible through the web (Pearson himself posted it). Unfortunately I don't have the e-address, but you might search the net by using "Parrhesia" as a key-word. Finally, I have a copy of these lectures that, in the extreme case , I could place at your disposal. Also, consider the lectures that he gave at the College de France from February 1st to March 28th, 1984 on the very same subject (a more extensive discussion, however).
