Stuart is exactly right.  As I understand it, David Macey is doing the
English translation for the 1976 course -- but I don't know when it will
appear in English.  It will be published by Penguin in the UK and St.
Martin's Press in the US (I'm not sure who will have the Australian rights).
I believe that St. Martin's has the world English-language rights for the
other years.

Also, although 1975 is the only other year currently available in French,
1982 should be ready for publication soon.  The first lecture of the course
(6 January) was published earlier this year in the journal Cités (no.
2/2000) in a special issue devoted to Foucault.
