Hi Mohamed - I recall running into an essay on this in
Paul Bove's work; either in _Mastering Discourse_ or
_Intellectuals in Power_. He has also edited a book on
Said (Duke UP, 2000) that almost surely addresses
Foucault alongside. Good luck.
