Hi Colin

I don't have my copy with me, and the last time I went to their website 
it seemed to be infected with some sort of bug, but there *might* have 
been a translation of it in the special issue of _Pli_ on Foucault 
(2002). From memory it certainly has the preface to the Italian version.
