chris,

i wonder if this will be your first message? (from someone outside of the operator).
i've put the entire debate on the frank-school in one package.  you'll either want to 
print it out (many many pages) or not bother with the entire thing.  in transfer to a 
text file something got scrambled and some of the messages are out of order - the 
only way to correct this is to print it out and cut n' paste.  i'll leave it up to you.
	to get on the frank list send a message to:

	in the body of the text simply write:

this will put you on the list - the actual email collective is 
frankfurt-school-AT-jefferson.village.virginia.edu

the subscription process is done by a computer but if you fuck it up a webmaster
