     ...what do you think of the fashionable thesis regarding the current predicament, the contemplated police action against saddam hussein, and in general the unblushing unlimited hegemonic pretentions of the US, under the construction of the post-modern paradigm of negri & hardt? (...or pre-modern, dante's de monarchia, eh?)  ...habermas? maybe construed as the juridical (philosopher king) spirit, universal normativity, as globalized corporate capitalism, the material body of the new world order or "Empire"?
