Dear listmembers

Having liked very much the discussion in this list I quite recently
realized that the project of ff has a clear connection also to the field of
deconstructive sociology (a new academic variety to me although I am a
sociologist). In her wonderful book (Undoing the Social - towards a
deconstructive sociology. Open Univ. Press 1991) Ann Game interpretes
Irigaray and other ff as pointing towards the potentials of _woman's
pleasure_ for critique of and opposition to social power in the form of
(male) rationality and (male) dominance. For me Ann Game's argumentation is
very convincing.

I'd be interested to hear if anybody has read Ann Game's rereadings of ff?

Sincerely
