Hi Ryan! In answer to your question regarding "The sex is not one" VS 
"The sex which is not of one" I think this is a play with 
language. The first definition referring to Freudian idea that the female 
sex is only a lack or absence in relation to the male. Which according to 
patriarchial discouse she interprets as not having a sex at all. The second 
being Irigaray's definition of female sexuality which is always of at least 
"two." The two is the female lips which are always embracing each other 
and are interchangeable. This upsets the patrarchial assumptions of unity 
and indicates that there is a plurality or a "multiplicity" of meaning in
