Don:  I think you are right to note the lack of lady detectives who 
espouse positive marriage arrangements.  Made me think how all the women 
sleuths -- and I do read a lot of them -- are single and/or burnt out on 
men.  Hmmmm....

Sharon:  I find that FF is very heterosexual, which I believe is half of the 
attraction to FF as an alternative to Anglo-feminisms who's history is 
dominated by its roots in radical separatism.  
Coming from an Anglo femnist perspective and being lesbian, this 
sometimes annoyes me, but so does the separatist legacy....
A good example of  FF on marriage is Irigaray's latest _I Love to You,_ 
not to mention _Elemental Passions._
