Just flipped through the Marjorie Garber (er) book "Vice Versa:
Bisexuality and the Eroticism of Everyday Life"  Simon and Schuster 1995.  

Not much on Butler there--only two short citations about bisexuality.
There's a lot of stuff on transsexualism and transvestism tho.
