Well, I wouldn't say it worked perfectly for me, but I definitely was able to access some information--although following the links that were supposed to lead to info in English merely kicked me back to the same French pages (which could very well be intentional, non?). I was using lynx, a text-only browser which is all that my poor dinosaur of a computer will support, and lynx has problems with frames, which this site uses--but my guess would be that with Netscape or one of the other good browsers there wouldn't be any trouble.
