You might try Kelly Oliver's WOMANIZING NIETZSCHE (Routledge, 1995).  I
think there are also articles by Liz Grosz and Jane Gallop on SPURS in the
25th Anniversary issue of DIACRITICS, which came out in 97 or 96.  As I
recall, Grosz's article was "neutral" and Gallop's was enthusiastic.
