Subject: new book: Derrida, Kristeva



There is a new book out by Juliana de Nooy, who always does good work,
on Derrida and Kristeva.  I have just picked it up and thought I would
pass it along to others:

Derrida, Kristeva, and the Dividing Line: An Articulation of Two
Theories of Difference.  New York: Garland, 1998.

Also, I recently  became aware of a film series that is slightly dated
now (early 1990s) but is now widely available.  It is called "Talking
Liberties" and is a series that took place on Britain's BBC Channel 4.
It features a 40min. piece with Kristeva, and also one with Cixous.
Other French thinkers (male) as well.  It is distributed by Films for
the Humanities and Sciences.  Jonathan Ree is the presenter for the
Kristeva film.
