I've been the 'writing what I'm thinking' stage with this chapter and have done really minimal research on other secondary sources (bad bad bad, I know). Thanks tons for these references. Somewhere in Je Tu Nous Irigaray alludes to yogas and to the Romanian (emigre to France) poet-Scholar Eliade who wrote his dis. on yoga, I think. Then there's a few reference in I Love to You, and the whole Eastern connection is all over An Ethics, but subtle. These are the texts I'm focucing on in the chapter as a prelude to working out a critical "method" for poetry. I would love to trade ideas and comments with you. I'll be hunting up your dissertation certainly. Thanks again and be well, Simone > --- from list french-feminism-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu ---
