Like a good Internet beginner, I've been 'lurking' for a week or two, 
watching what it is that is being discussed. I'm impressed by the 
enthusiasm of some participants. It's too early for some things, and I'm 
not so sure what my own work load is going to be for the rest of the 
year, but I like the Chicago Philosophy Department's idea of a moderated 
'slow reading' course, with detailed feedback on specific issues. If 
there were enough interest in such a scheme it would perhaps be worth 
talking about.
