Can anyone recommend any specific article or portion of book that relates 
Habermas's idea of future nation-state?  i'm working on the future of nation-
state, and somewhere (stupidly I forgot the bibliographic info) Habermas 
states that future nation-state needs to tolerate or include various nations
within a state (as far as I remember the thesis of the article).
I'll appreciate any help about this.
