thanks a lot for my admission on your list. I use Habermas's communicative action 
theory in management research, and it provides an very interesting startingpoint, 
as well as an interesting view of the discourse. I use it for a reappraisal of 
Human relations practices, that acquire, with time, unjustified aspects (the 
orientation for researches, for instance, or again task evaluation criteria and so 
forth).
