Well, to achieve such two lists, we don't really need to create
anything new: we have this right now.  There is no prohibition against
discussing Habermas on the F-S list; and if people see a utility in
keeping a separate habermas list, there is no reason to dissolve it.

We could also re-advertise both lists, in an attempt to create more
discussion.  

As far as _linking_ goes, the current mechanism is that everything posted 
to habermas goes to both lists, while messages posted to f-s only go to f-s.
