I would "elaborate" on the distinction between facticity and validity by
saying that the point is not to try and access some independently existing
"facts", but rather to set up the discursive conditions for people to be
able to decide how to assess one another's appeal to "experience". This is
the point where validity issues arise.

I wonder if this constitutes sufficient elaboration?
