The jnl does not permit this as a breach of its copyright; but I may be able
to send a copy to anyone on this list who contacts me "off-list" as it were
so that it is not "published electronically" - it is a law jnl, and one of
the view thats open to critical legal theory, so I neither want to nor can
afford to piss them off!
