Re Gary Davis's recent post on the (someday) forthcoming collection,
_Habermas on Law and Democracy_:  This appears, from the title and
my memory of the description of the contents posted earlier, to be the
same as (or, more likely, a shorter version of) the March 1996 double
issue of the _Cardozo Law Review_ (Vol. 17, No. 4-5).  This can, I
believe, still be ordered by mail.  To do so, send a $16 check payable to
_Cardozo Law Review_ to Fred B. Rothman & Co., 10368 West
Centennial Road, Littleton, CO  80123.  Of course, this is also in any law
library.  These papers were presented at a conference in 1992, which
would make them 6 years old when (if) the book comes out this fall!
