A Conference on "Nation states, Multination states and
supernational organizations" will be held within the Thirteenth
Jacques-Cartier Meetings on October 3-6, 2000, in Montreal, Quebec,
at the Delta Hotel, Room Opus II, 475 President Kennedy. The
Conference is bilingual with simultaneous translation.</font><br>
