Subject: HAB: Habermas and World Systems?

Hi Folks,

I'm doing some work on the Internet and am finding the systems-life
world social reproduction theoretic insufficient in so far as I want to
address issues associated with globalization and the Internationalization of
the state.

I was wondering if anyone knows of, or could direct me to, works or
instances in which Habermas develops any theoretical postulates at the
level of relations between nation states and/or at the level of the steering
effects/impacts/ influences of transnational capital in relation to
developmental logics or developmental dynamics (apart from the
'communication and the Evolution of Society' text)?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers.

    Wade Deisman
