Hi

Just to keep you waiting: I have received my subscription renewal of New
Left Review and they are announcing a forthcoming article by Habermas on EU
democracy. 

This confirms that the present preoccupations of the Master have been pretty
constant: Europe, and theories of language / theories of truth. Anybody
aware of a *book* forthcoming (and *not* a collection of essays)?

And does anybody know when will "Wahrheit und Rechfertigung" be available in
English of French (my German isn't progressing as it should)?
