No, we don't.  What's wrong with the way quotation marks are done?  As far as
I can see, they come out just fine.  The things that _don't_ come out just fine
is anything that requires 8-bit ascii, like German umlauts and French accents.
Anything like that just gets swallowed up by the Virginia mailhub.
