Thank you Ken

My rant was (almost) all air. The three articles on cloning are made one in
the english edition. And the acknowledgements are not for articles that were
not in the German original, but because they appeared elsewhere before
appearing even in the German book. So, in fact, all articles were translated
in the English version.

But the French edition is not perfect, to put it very mildly.

All that could have been clearer put in the translations. Oh well.
