Dear List,

Can any one point me to the place Habermas rejects his thesis on 
juridification from V2 of the _TCA_ please?

Also, what do list members see as Habermas's thesis on the  relationship 
between the evolution of this species' moral-cognitive 'interests', and the 
relations of the forces of material production? Is he subsuming 
moral-cognitive evolution as it were 'inside' the category of the relations 
of the forces of production?
