I wouldn't, of course. 

Also, I'm sure that Islamic fundamentalists believe that they're NOT
criminal (not only not accepting the Western concept of crime, but
also not culpable in their own sense of crime). I do not believe in
any way that Islamic fundamentalists are criminal. 

Also, though, the terrorists would not accept that they are
terrorists; rather that they are freedom fighters. But what
terrorists think about their activity is irrelevant to the fact of
harm done without regard for human rights or civil procedure. This is
not a matter of giving fair hearing to violence, obviously. Violence
is not communication.
