I didn't take Orville Lee's query in that spirit--personally, I've often
wondered, given Gary's magisterial facility with the Habermasian material,
and his quite amazing desire and ability to share it with others, whether
he has ever set anything down in a less ephemeral medium. Alas, my
searches have always come up empty. Which may be just as well: we wouldn't
want Gary to lose his mystique.
