You might alter your frustrating experience by realizing that you are
one of the very people you complain about.

Seeing society through the filter of Habermas's theory is your own
invalid norm.

The attitude with which you expect others in society to recognize your
invalid norm is itself coercive in character.

Apparently you are too cognitively and linguistically incompetent to
understand society beyond this particular theory.
