Event of the morning pretty dramatic.  Tho scientists/engineers are busily
re-assuring it will prove an eminently profane contingency, like any
thinking person, am tempted to a fundamentalist reading, ...a monitory sign
to our blind, arrogant rulers re the sacrality of dasein.  Of course
nothing's  to be hoped for there,
...lost our link to the transcendant.  And in its place we're damned to the
transcendant stupidity of Power.  It's only a matter of nuts-n-bolts and
psycho-mechanics of closure, ...and on to the next massacre of moabites.
