I have a few more comments to offer on "The U.N. Order
Generally" (section B of my sequencing of JH's article
points). 

Then, I will address JH's comments on American
neoconservatism next Sunday, not to defend neoconservatism,
but to show that it is not the prevailing backdrop of U.S.
interest in democratization of Iraq.
