Subject: [HAB:] habermas and democracy


Hello everyone!

I'm writing a paper about concepts of democracy in
works of Habermas. I would appreciate any reference to
 books or articles on this subject.

I am esspecialy interested in an article titled "Three
Models of Democracy" by Habermas, published in
Constelations magazine No.1 Vol.1. I cant find it in
any library in Serbia, and I even sent an e-mail to
the magazine but never got any answer. Does anyone
have a copy of it?
