Heiner,
    In the recently published volume of the Gesamtausgabe,  there is a 
note to the effect that the text to this seminar is missing. If it 
turns up, it will be published in v. 84. I anticipate that will be 
sometime in the twenty first century. You can check this for yourself 
in the editor's note as I am relying on memory.
