Roell, Dettelbach, 1996 ISBN 3-927 522-57-0. It's one of the rare breed of genuinely philosophical books as opposed to the myriad books on the subject of philosophy. I received it today. Read the first hundred pages. A fascinating and sometimes irritating book (he tends to whitewash Heidegger's dark years and to overestimate the importance of Heidegger's philosophy - and is therefore not always fair in his critique of German philosophy today). Different from what I expected after reading his _Kehre_. Does the Dionysian always follow the Apollonian? Kindest regards, Henk --- from list heidegger-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu ---
