I very much appreciate your looking into the matter of Arnim. I'm sorry I
didn;t give more information.

His fuller name was Achim von Arnim; he was a colleague of Brentano's and
together they collaborated in publishing some of Hoelderlin's poetry in the
Zeitung fuer Einsieldler which they edited in 1808. His Werke edited by
Roswitha Burwick et.al was published in Munich  1989-92 by the Deutsche
Klassiker Verlag.

I'm a bit pressed for time right now, so can't respond to your last
