we would be where we are.

the leap comes as we complete our metaphysical questioning.  if only for a
moment.  as we come to an end -- perhaps informed by our personal history
but not given by it.

what there was to do today i did today.
  the rest is stuff to have.
we cannot do being right.
we cannot "inch off the cliff."
we can only be.
