Subject: english translation of Beitraege [GA 65]????

Sorry for sucking band-width, but does anyone know if there is an english
translation of H.'s Beitraege [which was incorporated into the
Gesamtausgabe as volume 65]? Is there even a seperate german version? I
just finished reading Macann's _Four Phenomenological Philosophers_. He
calls the Beitraege H.'s "secret work"; and goes on further to cite
Friedrich-Wilhelm von Herrmann, in referring to it as H.'s second
Meisterwerk. I would be interested in knowing more about that work since
i've only seen some passing references to it [take into consideration that
i started studying H. less then a year ago]. I get the impression that
Beitraege sounded the radical shift towards Kehre and the four-fold (?).
Is this the work that lead up to "On Time and Being"?

thanks for the time,
